Virus Removal $65

If your computer has been infected with a virus or spyware, this is the package for you. Your system will be run through multiple virus scanners and spyware removal programs, manual removal will be done if needed. Your computer will also be returned to you with free antivirus and spyware removal software to help prevent infection in the future.

Any number of infections for one flat-rate.

Diagnostic Package $55

Is your computer not working correctly and you don't know why? This package will run your computer through a full suite of hardware tests to stress your system and find where the problem is occuring. This is ideal if you have an older computer and you aren't sure if it is worth fixing or it would be better to get a new system. This will let you know.

Windows (Re)Install $85

If your computer has been too heavily damaged by virus' or other issues, this will wipe everything off of your computer so you can start fresh. As long as you have the Windows COA (sticker) on your computer and the product key is legible, we can do the rest, you don't need your own discs. Your computer will receive all available updates, anti-virus and spyware removal software, OpenOffice and VLC Media player. Windows XP/Vista/7 only

Data Backup & Transfer $65

If you recently purchased a new computer and you want your files transferred this is the service you want. Includes a full backup of all files from one computer and transfer to another. We will migrate your pictures, documents, emails, favourites to the appropriate locations to make the transition easier for you.
Does not transfer programs.

Combine these two services for only $130

On-Site Service $75/hour

If you need your computer to be worked on at your home or office, this is our all-purpose rate. From a simple checkup, to full network setup. As this is an hourly rate, we can look at multiple issues. If we fix your main concern in the first 20 minutes, feel free to have us look at another issue and if we get it done within the first hour, it is still the same $75 charge.

In-Shop Service $65/hour

While we try to resolve most issues with a flat rate so you know what to expect on your bill, sometimes you have a unique issue which doesn't fit with our standard services. This is the all-purpose rate that covers 'everything else'.
